We are Hiring Business Analyst/ Lead

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in a similar role with strong IT expertise in banking domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.
  • Experience in fresh implementations/ upgrades and BAU or any other system.
  • Experience in different banking systems integrated with Core banking solution, specially EQUATION Core banking
  • Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
  • Experience in Banking Business Domain implementation and/or Upgrade projects
  • Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
  • Reports & Document Template preparation
  • Implementation, customization, configuration and reports development skills.
  • Reports Generation/development for Banking System Domain is value added.
  • Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings
  • Track and document changes to business specifications.
  • Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
  • Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
  • Good exposure in execution of System integration testing, User Acceptance testing, Test Script preparation, Defect Management
  • Good Understanding of Trade Finance Business and associated Accounting procedures.
  • Good Understanding on Back office interfaces. e.g. Core banking, SWIFT, Customer Gateway
  • Good Understanding of back office System integration, basically front end banking systems integration with Core banking Systems
  • Exposure to Java / J2EE Development, Knowledge in IBM BEA Web logic or Apache Tomcat servers, SQL query, DB2 & Oracle is value addition
  • Project Management experience with PMP / Prince2 certification is value added

Required Special Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Possess strong computer software MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadlineoriented environment.
  • Excellent business process analysis and mapping.
  • Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts.
  • Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility
  • Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
