Job Description:

  • The Front DeskReceptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose mainobjective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival anddeparture experience.
Provide upscale service experiences for guestthroughout their stay Ensure guest are properly greeted upon theirarrival Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms areprepared prior to check-in Actively listen to and resolvecomplaints Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programsoffered Liaise with Housekeepers and F&B employees toprovide an overall comfortable guest experiencePreferredQualifications and Skills Degree Holder, preferably in hotel andrestaurant management 1-2 years of experience in a similar rolewith a Five Start Hotel/Resort Excellent command in English, Arabicis an advantage
