About Us:

Vision Properties is a prominent real estate management company in Qatar providing 360 solutions to managing over 150+ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company servers to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on servers and network equipment.
  • Ensure all software licenses, including Microsoft Office 365 and BRIGHT, are up to date and compliant.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT professional or similar role, preferably in server management and IT support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration and Oraclebased software (e.g.,
    BRIGHT).
  • Strong knowledge of server and network technologies (hardware, software, protocols).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) are a plus.
