Position:
Administrator


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative operations within the contracting department.
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to contracts, projects, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Manage communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle general office duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

Requirements:

  • Male, preferred.
  • Previous experience in a contracting environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
