  • Must be in Qatar

  • Encoding and recording of invoices and credits on a daily basis, obtaining appropriate data to ensure they are correct and investigating discrepancies and reporting on any variances.
  • Assist in bank statement reconciliations (Sales and Suppliers)
  • Debt collection proactive approach to debtors with monitoring and collecting.
  • Bank receipt allocation, banking of incoming cheques and cash allocation.
  • Maintain and update customer information.
  • Preparation of documents related to banks and banking (Daily deposit Slips, Payments, cheques etc.)
  • Assist the verification of inventory
  • Managing petty cash transactions and staff expenses.
  • Assisting with audits.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
