Senior Specialist Sales Enablement

Purpose:

This role is responsible for designing and development Sales Enablement Tools and a Robust Distribution Management System plus Sales Analysis.

Functional Context:

Ooredoo's Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company's first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.

Role Accountabilities:


• Design & Develop Distribution Management System including Sales App for channel partners and front-line staff


• Support in Sales Modernization Project


• Simplify and Automate Sales & Distribution Systems and Processes


• Design Sales Processes across the value chain


• Train and Develop Frontline Team and Channel Partners in utilizing the DMS and Sales App


• Drive Electronic Recharge Penetration across regions and zones


• Build sales control mechanisms and systems


• Sales Analysis/Analytics

Minimum Entry Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.

Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:

10 years experience in Sales Automation and 5 years with a

telecom operator in similar capacity


• Good knowledge of telecom products and services and its

sales & distribution.


• Expert in Sales Automation systems, CRM, Distribution

Management systems etc


• Good experience in Sales Analysis & Analytics
