We are currently looking for a bright, energetic, ambitious, goal-driven Sales & Marketing Manager at our hotel who will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

Achieves personal sales goals.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Your day-to-day:

  • Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
  • A clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through the deployment accounts, as well as prospecting new business through the source markets assigned. The key measurement of performance will be performance versus the revenue goals
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Securing revenue for different revenue streams, Rooms, Meetings & Events, and F&B.
  • Represent Hotel in various events and exhibitions.
  • Implements all sales action plans related to our market areas as outlined in the market plan.
  • Conduct daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely reponses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop ptofessional longterm business relationships.
  • Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel.
  • Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
  • Weekly sales activities with results.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
  • 3 5years of prior experience in 4star luxury hotel/event or exhibition sales.
  • Strong knowledge of
    local businesses and business trends required,:
  • Local market experience is mandatory. GCC market knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
  • Professional communication skills with consumers, stakeholders, and regional office
  • Confident personality with leadership skills with good presentation skills
  • English excellent oral and written skills.
  • Computer literacy adapted to the field of Sales: strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
  • Selfmotivated personality and a great team player, who supports the team members and coaches them with previous experience
