ABOUT THE JOB In the role of SalesCoordinator at Danone you will be collaborating with our Head ofSales EDP Denmark, Norway and Iceland with a variety of tasks.

Weare planning on implementing a lot of new processes within sales,and you will be working closely with our customers and otherinternal stakeholders being the centre of keeping things runningsmoothly.

This is a unique opportunity to get hands on experienceworking with sales at a global company with high drive and withmotivating colleagues.


The role includes:

  • Coordinationof support material to external sales team (Coolers/POS materieletc)
  • Creating and overseeing Purchase Orders, newcustomers and vendors in internal systems
  • SupportCustomer Service in handling invoices
  • Supporting KeyAccount Managers in customer meetings, sales conferences and tradeshows
  • Collaboration with various departments andstakeholders, such as marketing and customer service, to ensuresmooth sales process
  • Responsible for productregistrations and updating product information in GS1
  • Creation and update of customer/supplier/to Masterdata/Orsoft/Acumen Also we believe that depending on whatexperience and knowledge you bring with you, the role can, togetherwith your manager, be shaped in a way that suits you and what youare passionate about.   • Fluent inDanish and English, both written and oral
  • Have goodknowledge in PowerPoint and Excel, and an eagerness and curiosityto learn new systems and tools
  • It is favourable that youhave an higher education within sales or business management, butwe will value personality, motivation and experience higher
