Job Purpose
  • The rolesprimary responsibility is to manage the team of FSTs and companyoperations in Qatar andKuwait
Job Description Theroles primary responsibility is to manage the team of FSTs andcompany operations in country and includes:
  • Acts as the primary focal point forcustomers during operations for pre planning equipment delivery tofield installation trouble shooting FST coordination AftermarketLOF support FNCRs service tickets serviceinvoicing.
  • Required to support all RFQ and BDefforts from the service perspective including helping with intel& advice on S&A sections of bids coordinating MMRactivities with SES helping to introduce Franchise Packages tocustomers.
  • Provides sales support ensuring thecustomer is fully informed of all aspects of the job particularlyTechnical Sales
  • Compiles all Field ServiceOrders (FSO) job report customer feedback and accountable for thetimely submission of these and other revenue generatingdocuments
  • Will be required to visit customeroffices several times per week particularly PDO. Establish anetwork in customer within the operations and contract managementteams
  • Assures all quality issues anddocumentation (equipment and procedural defects) are communicatedand sent back to Service Management / report and raise all RCA forany identify Nonconformance (eFNCR). Lead the Service related FNCReffort including efforts with customer to identify true cause ofNPT.
  • Prepares and completes safety relateddocumentation. JSRAs Leads by example on safe work practices andensures FSTs are aware of and comply with bestpractices
  • Will be reporting to the Area ManagerQatar & Kuwait with dotted line to Region ServiceManager
You are meant for this job if: Candidates withminimum of 10 years relevant work experience on Wellheadinstallation MMR & Strong customer facing support
  • Previoustrack record as customer facing focal point for Service &Aftermarket operations support. Preferably with an NOC.Understanding of the complex demands of this role and requirementsto be available for support at irregularhours.
  • Requires experience working in the fieldinstalling WH systems. Strong technical support including problemsolving skills required
  • Ability to read andunderstand design drawings and to make hand sketch to explain tointernal/external customers
  • Experience managinga team of FSTs
  • Experience working on commercialproposals and ability to support Technical Saleseffort.
  • Able to perform moderate complexcalculations and support engineering team with feedback and reallife experience.
  • Ability to understandtroubleshoot explain and teach others about technical tools andinstruments required to perform duties
  • Shouldbe comfortable in pressurised situations receiving difficultfeedback from customers and able to respond constructively andcalmly to solve issues as they arise
  • Previousexperience working within a small diverse team of differentnationalities and ability to manage a team with similarly diversebackgrounds.
  • Knowledge of applicable theoriespractices and accepted internal business processes andprocedures
