About the roleThe Room ServiceOrder Taker is an essential member of the Food & Beverageteam dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to ourguests.

The friendly andcourteous voice of the Room Service Order Taker receives all guestrequests for an In-Room Dining experience.
What you willdo

  • The Room Service Order Taker is an authority on allavailable food menus, including daily specials, alternative cuisineand all beverage lists.
  • This position makesrecommendations to accommodate guests preferences and dietaryrestrictions.
  • The Room Service Order Taker oversees theentire sequence of service ensuring guest orders are correctlyprocessed and carried out by the servers within the stated deliverytime according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • This positioninvolves a heavy volume of guest contact and fluency in reading,writing, and spoken English is required. The ability to assumeresponsibility of the department in absence of a manager isessential.
  • The Room Service Order Taker ensures allorders meet Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service and anyguest complaints are promptly shared with the Room Service Managerfor immediate follow up.
  • The ideal candidate will alsohave solid food and beverage knowledge, a pleasant voice and apositive attitude.
  • Receive all guests requests for anIn-Room Dining experience
  • Acknowledge all available foodmenus, including daily specials, alternative cuisine and allbeverage lists.
  • Make recommendations to accommodateguests preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Oversee theentire sequence of service ensuring guest orders are correctlyprocessed and carried out by the servers within the stated deliverytime according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Make sure guestcomplaints are promptly shared with the Room Service Manager forimmediate follow up.
What you bring

  • 2-4 years ofexperience in related field
  • Excellent command in English,Arabic is an advantage
