Sales Engineer Dewatering and Over Pumping

Location:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Qatar and GCC countries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop customized solutions, and prepare accurate project proposals and bids.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and technical presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and value proposition of our contracting services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proactive, resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.
  • Experience with bid preparation, contract negotiation, and project management principles.
  • Existing network of contacts and relationships within the construction industry.
