Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.


  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Preparing the agenda, calling, scheduling, and preparing for meetings that requested by chairman or any of board member.
  • Attending meetings whenever it is required and taking the necessary minutes of those meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven related experience as secretary to General Manager
*Must have excellent English and Arabic communication skills with pleasing personality.

*Proficiency in business writing is a must.

*Locally available with valid RP.
