Job Description:

Position Summary:


The Male Secretary will serve as a vital support function for the General Manager by efficiently managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports as directed.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, documents, and records.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Provide translation and interpretation services between Arabic and English as needed.
  • Draft and translate documents, correspondence, and other materials accurately in both languages.
  • Assist with communication between the General Manager and Arabicspeaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the General Manager and other staff when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as requested.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism:
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Represent the General Manager professionally in all interactions, both internal and external.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborative Support:
  • Liaise with other departments and staff members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
  • Assist in coordinating special projects, events, or initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
