Job Description:


As a CAFM Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Archibus CAFM system within our organization.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including facilities managers, IT teams, and end users, to ensure a successful implementation and integration of the Archibus system.

Your primary focus will be on planning, configuring, and customizing the Archibus software to meet our specific facility management needs.


Responsibilities:

Archibus Implementation Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan for the Archibus system, considering organizational requirements, timelines, and resources.

Archibus System Configuration and Customization:

Work with the Archibus software vendor or IT team to configure and customize the system based on our specific needs, including space management, asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reporting capabilities.


Data Management:

Oversee the migration and integration of existing facility data into the Archibus system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.


User Training and Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, including facilities managers and staff, to ensure proper utilization of the Archibus system.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams during the Archibus implementation process.

Communicate project updates, timelines, and progress to key stakeholders and management.

Quality Assurance:

Perform regular system testing and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any issues, bugs, or performance issues in the Archibus system.

Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Archibus implementation.

System Maintenance and Upgrades:

Monitor the Archibus system's performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate system upgrades or updates with the software vendor or IT team.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Archibus.

Qualifications:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in facilities management, information technology, computer science, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in CAFM systems or project management can be advantageous.

Experience:
Previous experience in facilities management, CAFM system implementation, or project coordination is highly desirable. Strong experience and proficiency in working with Archibus software is required.

Archibus Experience:
Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring Archibus CAFM system is essential. Familiarity with Archibus modules such as Space Management, Asset Management, Maintenance Management, and Reporting is important.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in working with Archibus software and related technologies is essential. Strong computer skills, including data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting in Archibus, are important.

Project Management:

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute Archibus implementation plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Experience in agile or waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.

Communication and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. The ability to explain technical concepts related to Archibus to non-technical users is important.

Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail is required to ensure accurate data migration, Archibus system configuration, and troubleshooting. The ability to identify and resolve issues specific to Archibus in a timely manner is crucial.

Analytical Thinking:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable for evaluating Archibus system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.
