Job Purpose

To carry out allactivities for official collection and submission of governmentapplications as well as the processing of a variety of legaldocuments. The position is partly office based with the primaryfocus based outside of the office representing Venture PartnerQatar at Ministries Notaries and other GovernmentDepartments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and managing Government websites.
  • Preparing documents for applications andprocesses.
  • Checking client documents forvalidity and any possible complications that might delayapplications.
  • Reviewing the translation ofArabic legal documents to ensure theiraccuracy.
  • Translating ad hoc Arabic emailsletters etc.
  • Building relationships in avariety of Government Departments.
  • Workingwith the CRM and maintaining informationcorrectly.
  • Accompanying clients to governmentdepartments and assistance with variousprocesses.
  • Use initiative to find solutionsand alternative ways to problems that may arise with applicationsand processes.
  • Maintain regular communicationwith Operations Administrator of the status of processes andwhereabout of documents.
  • Use time effectivelyto maximise efficient delivery of processes attend the office eachafternoon in good time to feedback on the days task and schedulethe following days workflow.
  • Maintenance ofsections of the company database.
  • Accountablefor all important and secure client documents their location andsafety such as esignature cards passports QIDs POAsetc.
  • Liaise with other staff memberseffectively in order to complete the assignedtasks.
  • Advise and guide other staffmembers.
  • Prepare comprehensive informationfollowing research tasks at variousdepartments.
  • Complete all generaladministration in a timely manner.
  • Complete adhoc special projects as and when required.
  • Attend weekly operations meeting with the PRO Manager/GeneralManager.
  • Promote the Venture Partner Qatar/PROPartner Group brand image and values through own appearance andbehaviour so that it reflects the high standards of theGroup.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in English andArabic language written and verbal.
  • ITcompetency (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellentkeyboard skills
  • Minimum 3 years related Qatarworking experience as PRO.
  • Qatar DrivingLicence
