Position: Cluster Marketing & BrandManager
Role:This position is responsible for developingimplementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attractpotential guests and retain existing ones and manage collateralspecial events/promotions social media and advertising at a localregional and internationallevel.

  • Manage a team of social mediaexecutives graphic designers and contentcreators.
  • Take ownership of the complex smarketing strategies including development managementimplementation monitoring optimization andreporting.
  • Analyze market trends and prepareforecasts.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies withthe sales financial public relations and operation departments ofthe complex.
  • Develop supervise and deliver thebranding advertising and promotional collateral/materials accordingto business needs and different departmentsrequests.
  • Develop business and leisurepromotions.
  • Monitor all printed materials toensure adherence to corporate identitystandards.
  • Maintain uptodate photo/electroniclibrary.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers forthe production of marketing materials.
  • Manage& arrange the complex s photoshoots and video productionswhen needed.
  • Coordinate all special events andpromotions with the aim of maximizing publicity andawareness.
  • Manage the social media channels ofthe complex including but not limited to content creation newchannel activations responding to inquiries & commentsetc.
  • Identify and secure partnerships withrelevant key influencers/brands/personalities that can support thegoals of the complex.
  • Work with the digitalmarketing manager on defining the proper digital marketing campaignbased on seasonality trends and businessneeds.
  • Evaluate digital reports and suggestimprovements for any online campaign (on websites or socialmedia).
  • Work with the Director of Marketing toplan the advertisement campaign for Qatar and relevant markets(outdoor printed digital) and executeit.

Your experience and skillsinclude:
Bachelor s Degree
Minimum 6 years ofexperience in Marketing or 3 years of experience in a similarrole
Experience in a multi property or complex positionpreferred
Excellent reading writing and oral proficiencyin English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office.Presentation skills required
Must speakArabic
Must have GCC experience
Must befemale
