Join our team as a Facilities Assistant/Administrator and play a key role in maintaining our office environment and supporting administrative functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities and ensure smooth daytoday operations
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services
  • Manage inventory of office and facilities supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems and document management processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
