JobDescription

Conduct business reviews withaccounts and identify business opportunities and businessrelationships which result in the achievement of increased revenueprofitability and market share. Build and maintain strongrelationships with partners understanding their needs and ensuringtheir expectations are met. via regular visits phone calls andemails. Provide excellent service and support by regular calling tobuild strong relationships and resolve operational issues betweenvendors and partners.. Make sure that the item lists of the vendorsare up to date at all times. Optimise the vendor content (MOAdelivery time prep time etc). Educate new partners on basicoperational and content knowledge to help kickstart and maintaintheir performance on talabat. Automate and digitalize vendorexperience by pushing for vendor portal adoption selfservice andselfbooking through talabat vendor dashboard Commission raterenegotiation: Building new commercial relationships by renewingthe existing contacts by renegotiating the offer. Advertisementsales: Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand items brandingTalabat stickers at vendors banners and newsletter. Generate vendorcoupons promotions and vouchers from existing vendors. Convincevendors for brand promotion of Talabat pictures. Transmissionmethod optimization: Convincing vendors to use Pelican and properlyuse Checkin required features replacement features Convince vendorsto go for digitalization (Backlinks Splash pages WhitelabelFacebook button). Encourage vendors to subscribe to the onlinepayment gateway. Coordinate with the vendor if the vendor is liveor active on Talabat checking and resolving the reason such asshutdown or stopped delivery related to the brand on Sales ForceLead your portfolio on menu quality index price parity vendorfundeddeals and drive affordability. Ensure daily weekly and monthlytargets are on track and with your team lead to ensure constantportfolio growth. Maintain granular reporting on your portfolio sperformance. Upselling new services to our existing partners suchas logistics as a service tPro and various loyaltyprograms.

  • Bachelor s Degree withinBusiness Administration or any other relatedfield
  • Have a passion for sales with a minimumof 2 years experience in Sales account management or relatedexperience.
  • Have excellent NegotiationSkills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and beflexible in working.
  • Communication skills(Written and Verbal)
  • Strong analyticalskills.
  • You excel in a transactional dealcycle
  • High level of ownership anddedication.
  • You show creative sales tactics toengage with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM(Salesforce) and GoogleApps
