As a Bilingual Secondary Counsellor at Newton International School Lagoon, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive counselling services to secondary studentsYour responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual and group counselling sessions to address students' academic, social, emotional, and career needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop personalized support plans for students.
- Supporting students in developing essential life skills, resilience, and coping strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in counselling secondary students in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
