About the role


Assists Front of House Duty Supervisor in HIA Lounge to organise resources effectively and co-ordinate necessary activities efficiently, create a productive and risk free operation on shift basis.

To provide effective leadership and promote positive teamwork within the department which they are assigned to.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] relevant to unit in which the employee is assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the operations, ensuring that customer receive 5star QR services as promised.
  • Conduct and be actively involved in daily team briefings and updates.
  • Ensure visual appearance of the operational is of the highest standard by regular monitoring areas they are responsible for.
  • Liaise and build positive relationships with other internal departments and external agencies where applicable.
  • Manage conflict resolution and facilitate service recovery situations with guest.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained per shift.
  • Actively promote positive teamwork within colleagues.

Qualifications:

About you

  • Minimum of High School Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
  • High level of versatility and to be able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.
  • Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
  • Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote positive team working environment
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
