Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Handle documentation related to employee benefits, leaves, and attendance.

Compliance:

  • Stay updated on the latest Qatar Labor Laws and ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Support the implementation of professional development programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Qatar Labor Laws and regulations.
