Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Handle documentation related to employee benefits, leaves, and attendance.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on the latest Qatar Labor Laws and ensure company compliance.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Support the implementation of professional development programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Qatar Labor Laws and regulations.
