Job Summary:


The Assistant Project Manager of Specialized Services assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of specialized projects within the organization.

This role supports the Specialized Services Manager and ensures that project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.

The Assistant Project Manager works closely with various projects such as Façade, Stone Care, Water Tank, and Duct Cleaning Services to deliver high-quality specialized services and contribute to the successful completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Attend site visits, prepare costing and quotations to submit to the client.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, and status reports.
  • Maintain regular updates to clients on project progress and any issues or risks.
  • Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project risks and issues, escalating them to the SSD Manager as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Support the SSD Manager in tracking project expenses and budget adherence.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Assist in the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange among project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings to monitor project progress and address issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in the specific industry or sector of the specialized services.
Familiarity with project management methodologies
