About the role:
The Front Office - Overnight Receptionist plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting guests at the property, ensuring a superior guest experience from check-in to departure. This position focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction during their stay, handling various guest requests, understanding guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and upholding Four Seasons' service standards.

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, events, directions, etc.
  • Address all guest requests promptly and accurately through in-person and phone interactions
  • Resolve guest issues, identify opportunities to personalize service, and enhance the guest experience

What you bring:

  • At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is a valuable asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
