From arranging tables to liaising with the kitchen staff, interacting with guests, and maintaining cleanliness, Guest Service Experts play a crucial role in making transactions seamless and enjoyable.

Guest Service Experts need to be physically active, managing tasks such as moving around, managing the menu, and engaging in hands-on work. Attention to detail and meeting guest expectations are essential for the success of Guest Service Experts in enhancing the overall guest experience and contributing to the success of our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
  • License or Certification: None
