Join our team as a Project Director at Parsons in Qatar You will lead our Project Managers across various projects in Infrastructure Design.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide direction and management for Project Managers, ensuring on-time and within budget project completion.
Oversee project delivery, supervise managers, and keep the Country Manager informed on progress.
Set goals for project managers aligned with corporate strategy.
Establish program requirements and ensure deliverables meet criteria.
Represent the company with clients and subcontractors during project execution.
Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work.
Monitor project progress and report to Country Manager.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and MME Registration.
Minimum 20 years of infrastructure experience with strong technical and business background.
Significant project management experience at a Program Director level.
Thorough knowledge of program management, engineering principles, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of design principles and regulations.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Advanced leadership skills with ability to resolve complex problems.
Experience supervising project managers and implementing evaluation strategies.
In-depth knowledge of industry practices and current technology.
