Duties and responsibilities of the Associate Director of Sales:

  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on hotel offerings and market conditions.
  • Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to increase room bookings and event sales.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team, establishing objectives and providing consistent assistance.
  • Analyze occupancy patterns and guest feedback to enhance pricing strategies and promotional approaches.
  • Manage sales activities for special events and group reservations, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments such as marketing and operations to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue streams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury international hotel brand.
  • Strong grasp of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE software is an advantage.
