Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Brokerage, Risk, Investments & Treasury (BRIT) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

Min 6-8 years' relevant project management experience in managing end-to-end projects in either of these domains: Treasury, Brokerage, Investments, and Risk.

Knowledge & Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the region will be an added advantage.
  • Project management skills for enhanced project delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
  • English speaking; Arabic desirable.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Functional / technical skills – must have functional and technical knowledge plus a high-level understanding of Treasury, Investments, Market & Credit Risk operations and technology.
  • Dealing with ambiguity - Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn't upset when things are up in the air.
