Quantitative Investment Risk Manager

Our client is an established asset management firm that has a sizeable AUM. We are looking to hire a Quantitative Investment Risk headcount to manage the Public Markets investments.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Public Market Investment teams to understand the key business requirements of measuring investment risks through different factors
- Engage with Portfolio Managers on risk mitigation / hedging strategies from the 1LOD of risk perspective
- Enhance existing internal risk controls and systems by developing quantitative risk models
- Review valuation models and handle post investment monitoring
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance or a quantitative field such as quantitative finance, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or computer science
- Between 4 - 8 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in private markets, such as real estate or REITS will be preferable
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, R or C++ Strong team player and ability to work under tight timeline
