Senior Business Development Executive

Business Goal :
This role is responsible for expanding Omrido's reach and presence by promoting our company and products/services to the relevant audience. The recruitment officer will be representing Omrido registered as Pinoy Arabian to all potential clients and will help grow the business' market.

Job Summary :
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for researching client business referrals, networking, and web leads; providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consulting throughout the sales process. Accountable for account management, communications, and marketing activities in accordance with plans defined in the business strategy, whilst supporting the Business Development/Sales Managers in customer acquisition activity to increase customer base and profitability.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of products or services, and negotiating terms and agreements to secure new business deals.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
- Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals, and providing regular updates on progress to management.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements, provide guidance on sourcing strategies, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients to expand the agency's client base in the recruitment industry in a quantifiable fashion.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the agency's services, expertise, and value proposition.
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies, setting sales targets, and devising action plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly sales plans and score of achievements. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, tracking sales progress, and providing regular reports to management.
- Generate reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize business development efforts.
Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Formulate quarterly sales goals and their corresponding execution plans across the sales department.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in the recruitment industry, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance professional knowledge and improve business development strategies.
Annual Responsibilities:
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish the agency's presence, build industry relationships, and identify potential business prospects.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Prefer Arabic Speaking.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10+ years experience in the recruitment industry specifically in international hiring, manpower agency in the Middle East Market.
- Experience in working across layers of organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, including an understanding of different sectors, job markets, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment processes.
- A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
