Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the fast-paced events and ticketing market. The ideal candidate will leverage the innovative offerings and strong market presence of Wqtah to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint within the events and ticketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
  2. Conduct thorough market research within the Qatari events and ticketing industry, leveraging the unique insights and data available through Wqtah's platform.
  3. Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and untapped market segments to capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  4. Business Development Strategy:
  5. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan tailored to the Qatari market, leveraging Wqtah's brand visibility and diverse offerings to drive sales and market expansion.
  6. Forge strategic partnerships and collaborations with local event organizers, venues, and promoters to enhance Wqtah's presence and market share.
  7. Client Relationship Management:
  8. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, leveraging Wqtah's platform to upsell and cross-sell event and ticketing services.
  9. Engage with prospective clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts, showcasing the unique value proposition of Wqtah's events and ticketing solutions.
  10. Sales and Negotiation:
  11. Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, leveraging Wqtah's platform features and capabilities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight Wqtah's competitive advantages in the market.
  13. Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:
  14. Promote Wqtah's brand visibility and awareness within the Qatari events and ticketing ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
  15. Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing efforts to enhance Wqtah's market positioning and reach a wider audience.
  16. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  17. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate business development strategies and identify areas for optimization.
  18. Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for driving continuous improvement and business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the events, ticketing, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatari market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
