Overview of the role:

The primary focus of the role will be to achieve or exceed the sales/profits targets set by the company for the products handled. At the same time, ensure customer satisfaction by providing after sales service of minor nature as it will be convenient to customers.

What you will do:
  1. Attend to customers to offer company products (watches) by explaining the benefits along with the product features and on the given prices to achieve good sales performance.
  2. Assist the senior technician in ordering the required spare parts.
  3. Inform about the specific requirement of the location for continuous parts availability.
  4. Attend to customer complaints, issue estimates, and repair products.
  5. Maintain and upkeep the showroom with an attractive display of watches to motivate potential customers.
  6. Prepare the daily service report and all job cards issued.
  7. Be sales-oriented and assist in sales when needed.
  8. Maintain daily sales, service, and stock registers, updating them day to day.
  9. Arrange procurement of watches from main stock when required for sales.
  10. Inform about specific product quality matters for speedy remedial action.
  11. Constantly check for uniform patterns of quality matters and inform management for remedial action with the suppliers.
  12. Place orders in principals' service websites.
Required Skills to be successful:
  • Customer management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Timely resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
About the Team:

Reporting to the Retail Sales Coordinator, the primary focus of the role will be to achieve or exceed the sales/profits targets set by the company for the products handled while ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service.

What equips you for the role:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • 3 - 5 years servicing quartz and automatic watches with a retail background.
  • Customer service experience.
