We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a 'get it done' spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Identify market opportunities
  2. Network with a large diverse pool of customers
  3. Manage targeted based sales pipeline
  4. Contact potential customers
  5. Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations
  6. Offer Odoo services and licenses matching their needs
  7. Demo the Odoo software to end clients
  8. Negotiate pricing contractual agreements with customers and promote the right value proposition
  9. Be part of the entire sales cycle
  10. Manage accounts after closing deals and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
MUST HAVE
  1. Bachelor Degree or higher
  2. Passion for software products
  3. 3+ years experience in sales
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Strong negotiation skills
  6. Solution-driven mindset
  7. Entrepreneurial attitude and high commitment level
  8. Fluent in English
  9. Ability to learn and evolve quickly
  10. Successful sales track record
  11. Achieve a monthly sales target
NICE TO HAVE
  1. Experience with ERP, preferably Odoo
  2. Available immediately
  3. Bi-lingual
