Position Overview:

As a Skills Development and Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the professional development of our team members and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team and contribute to the ongoing success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
  2. Conduct regular quality assessments to evaluate service standards, product quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training plans to address specific areas for improvement.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  5. Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety based on ISO 9001 and 22000 Quality and Food Safety Management System.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Generate reports and analyses to track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in skills development, training, or quality assurance within the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong understanding of quality management principles, food safety standards, and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
