As a Digital Finance Sales Engineer at BKN301, your role is pivotal within our dynamic fintech firm. You will be a key collaborator with our Sales team, acting as a catalyst for successfully closing deals, leveraging your expertise in banking applications, Blockchain technology, and fintech startups. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and finance, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Sales team to facilitate deal closures by addressing technical inquiries, tailoring presentations to match client needs, and coordinating meetings with subject matter experts when needed.
  2. Collaborate seamlessly with onboarding specialists to effectively manage complex transitions, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation.
  3. Partner closely with the sales team to attain a comprehensive grasp of the technical features of our issuing and acquiring solutions.
  4. Provide vital feedback to the product development team to drive continuous enhancements in our offerings.
  5. Meticulously analyze and assess customer requirements to identify specific needs. Collaborate with the development team to customize solutions as necessary.
  6. Employ consultative selling techniques to establish trust with advisors, educate them, and guide them through the purchasing process to acquire and retain business.
  7. Systematically gather feedback from advisors and customers, utilizing their insights to shape company priorities, including product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Contribute to the Sales team's mission of achieving predictable and scalable growth by proactively spotting improvement opportunities and meeting sales service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
  1. Master's degrees in Financial Technology (FinTech), Information Technology (IT), Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
  2. Proven proficiency in banking applications, Blockchain technology, POS acquiring, payment cards, and digital wallets operations.
  3. Adeptness in fintech startups and banking operations.
  4. Familiarity with E-commerce and payment gateway solutions.
  5. Knowledge of technology architecture and APIs in the banking and fintech sectors.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  7. Collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  8. An inherent passion for finance, coupled with an unwavering commitment to staying abreast of emerging industry trends.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: The monthly compensation for the Sales Engineer role ranges between QAR 10,000 and QAR 15,000.
