Job Purpose:

To lead the relationship with QSTP member companies and measure their annual performance. To establish and maintain a strong collaboration with all stakeholders and reach high satisfaction levels with the services provided.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Manage member companies senior management relationships to understand business priorities as well as manage their expectations.
  2. Interview and follow up with member companies to understand key business challenges and problems to develop a solution roadmap.
  3. Evaluate and identify potential service delivery issues and drive resolution to avoid negative impacts and to facilitate continuous improvement.
  4. Lead the interface with member companies for the identification and escalation of barriers and change which may impact the success of the ongoing member companies relationship.
  5. Establish day-to-day interaction with member companies leadership within QSTP to build trust.
  6. Follow-up for and review all newsworthy materials internally and externally including but not limited to achievement, key messages, talking points, new initiatives, etc.
  7. Follow-up with all member companies to distribute and integrate achievements and press features across all channels.
  8. Establish and lead initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email and face-to-face meetings, to strengthen relationships with member companies.
  9. Evaluate and assess data to identify opportunities to engage with member companies as well as to define segmentation and targeting strategies.
  10. Establish a strategy and follow up closely with member companies to transform ideas and information obtained into actions to enhance their experience.
  11. Manage and review the progress of department projects and tasks plan and provide guidance to the team on managing them in the best way to serve QSTP's strategic objectives.
  12. Work closely with QF departments and other stakeholders to discuss, collaborate, and support department functions and achieve QSTP's strategic objectives.
  13. Support QSTP's Communications function in line with the strategic objectives to increase local and international visibility through business engagements, interaction, and media outreach.
  14. Contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional projects as assigned by QSTP senior management by actively engaging with team members across departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resource management. Apply innovative problem-solving methods to address challenges, continuously improving project processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain regular communication with both line and project managers to provide timely updates on project progress and outcomes and continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge to drive the success of these initiatives.
  15. Other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field & 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level.
  2. Good knowledge and ability to handle difficult situations and conversations.
  3. Excellent communication skills - experience explaining complicated issues to people and persuading them to collaborate.
  4. Ability to switch fast between tasks and projects, if necessary, self-organization skills.
  5. Ability to operate at a very high level; negotiate effectively; work to deadlines; maintain strong member companies relationships.
  6. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
