Leverage your expertise to drive growth at Lesha Bank, a forward-thinking financial institution seeking talented professionals to contribute to its success. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers and senior management by developing an analytics engine, optimizing key client processes, and driving automation initiatives within the Private Wealth function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of an analytics engine to track and analyze RMs and client activities, including metrics such as client calls, cross-selling, historical churn rates, investor participation levels, placement velocity, and client segmentation.
- Analyze the call reports on a periodic basis, identify patterns, gaps and areas of focus and communicate them to the RMs for better decision making.
- Enhance key processes including prospecting, account allocation, account planning, objective setting, KYC, and client onboarding.
- Work closely with RMs and senior management to refine and institutionalize best practices for client engagement and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private wealth management, or a similar role within financial services.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in automation and process optimization.
- Familiarity with investor reporting, financial products, and distribution strategies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships and working with third-party distribution partners.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to private wealth management.
