Your social and proactive nature will be essential for creating memorable and successful events.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics from inception to completion.


• Support venue selection, vendor negotiations, research service providers and logistical support agencies.


• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications, coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers, sponsors, and relevant authorities.


• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, stage, AV, lighting, and all necessary materials.


• Coordinate speakers, volunteers, attendees, and VIP hosting, ensuring adherence to established protocols.


• Assist in budget management, ensuring events are completed within assigned financial limits.


• Track event execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency are met.


• Support in analyzing bidding documents, participating in technical/commercial evaluations, and recommending contractors or third-party providers.


• Conduct post-event analysis, including market research and feedback collection, to improve future events.


• Perform administrative tasks related to event planning and execution to maintain smooth operations.

About You:


• A recent graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• An active, social, and detail-oriented personality with a passion for event planning.


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required, and travel internationally for event support.


• Proficiency in English and Arabic.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
