Job Overview

Tivoli is seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Banquets in all operational and administrative aspects of Banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring that all operational standards are met and maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Culinary team to plan and execute events, including coffee breaks, buffet, set menus, cocktail receptions, and other special occasions.
  • Maintain accurate records of event layouts, set-ups, and floor plans.
  • Ensure that all venues are fully set and ready for events at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
