Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste.
- Mentor the pastry team, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain Zuma standards.
- Consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
- Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Work alongside the Management team to craft and refine creations, incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts.
