Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Team Lead to join our team. The Content Team Lead will play a crucial role in managing our product catalog, ensuring partner satisfaction, and overseeing onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional content and service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a team of content specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
  2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the content management process.
  3. Foster positive relationships with partners by addressing their concerns, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform.
  4. Implement strategies to optimize product visibility and enhance user experience on our platform.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for Account Managers, addressing any content-related inquiries or concerns.
  6. Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction and enhance content quality.
  8. Establish quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of content across all product listings.
  9. Implement measures to continuously improve content quality and enhance the overall user experience.
  10. Collaborate with internal team/partners to gather product information, and resolve content discrepancies.
  11. Identify and flag issues or opportunities for improvement to product teams.
  12. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in content management and drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years of experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in content management, preferably in an e-commerce or food delivery environment.
  4. Strong understanding of product catalog management systems and content management platforms.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
