Job Summary:

StarNursing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. You will play a crucial role in promoting our nursing staffing services and building long-lasting partnerships with healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with StarNursing.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring a fair deal for clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely placement of nursing staff and address client needs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
