Job description: We are seeking a resilientand motivated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team atQatar Museums in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the idealcandidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similarrole. Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails fromcustomers looking for information about exhibitions, events, andother museum-related inquiries. 2. Assist customers with ticketpurchases, reservations, and other transactions. 3. Provideexceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries andresolving any issues in a professional and timely manner. 4.Maintain accurate customer records and update information in thedatabase. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure aseamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Assist withadministrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports andmanaging schedules. Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligenceskills to effectively understand and respond to customer needs. 2.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to conveyinformation clearly and effectively. 3. Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency inusing computer systems and software, including customerrelationship management tools. 5. Willingness to work flexiblehours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 6. Fluency inEnglish and Arabic is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in arelated field is a plus.
