The role is responsible for leading thecompletely quality function both quality control and qualityassurance for the manufacturing unit of a well heads and valvesmanufacturing company Client Details The company is a global playerand is an industry leader in wellheads and Valves manufacturingDescription Take charge of planning coordinating overseeing andmanaging all activities related to the Quality Safety ManagementSystem Act as the representative for management in mattersconcerning ISO 9001 API Q1 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 Collaborate withQuality Management and standard organisations such as API MonogramProgram Certifications Third Party Inspection CertificationAgencies HSE to ensure compliance Develop implement and enhanceQHSE management systems processes and procedures to align with ISO9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 OHSAS 18001 API Q1 ISO TS29001 Strategizeand ensure the effectiveness of internal and external qualityaudits Evaluate and analyse quality issues implementing systems todetect track report and minimise nonconformities Engage actively atall levels from strategy to execution and motivate diverseindividuals to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems Handlecustomer complaints effectively Maintain open communication withmanagement and staff to ensure ongoing integration of QHSEprinciples into core operations Monitor and ensure compliance withall Quality Health and Safety Environment regulations Preparemonitor and control the departments annual budget efficientlyallocating resources for assigned tasks Establish communicationchannels with customers and suppliers as necessary regardingquality issues and Quality Management Systems Conduct hazardassessments risk assessments and aspect impact assessments toimplement appropriate operational controls Participate in variousmeetings training sessions and the maintenance of uptodatedocuments and records for all aspects of the Quality SafetyManagement Systems Profile Required work experience of 12 to 15years in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in asimilar position preferably within the wellhead valvesmanufacturing industry Preference will be given to candidates withexperience in the GCC region Degree in Mechanical Engineering orequivalent is desirable NDE Certification at SNTTC1A Level 2 LeadAuditor Internal Auditor Certification Expertise in API 6A API 6DFamiliarity with API standards such as 16A 16C 5CT API 71 API 72and API 5B Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experienceusing an ERP SystemKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles ispreferred Job Offer Opportunity to work with an employeecentricorganisation with excellent benefits
