In this role you will need to work well in a teamenvironment, be able to represent the manager/group withprofessional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output.Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executivelevel internal clients across the lines of businesses. You willneed to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to completeassignments in line with the department's activities andgoals. The Executive Assistant & Office Manager willprovide all round business support to the office team. In additionthey will also organize and supervise all of the administrative,IT, Finance and Business Management activities that facilitate thesmooth running of the Qatar office. • *KeyResponsibilities** - Maintaining complex and detailed calendars -Arranging and coordinating complicated domestic and internationaltravel - Events Management; organizing all public & privateevents and preparing media coverage if needed. - Office andBusiness management. - Purchasing and vendors management, sourcingand maintaining vendor details - Expenses and Finance management. -Compliance inquiries management. - Organize itineraries of seniormanagement. - Deliver presentations about the work of the office tosenior management /other sections of the organization - Assist theBusiness Management team in the preparation of senior managementvisits to Qatar - Local Business technology Coordinator. -Regulatory reports management. • *Qualifications** - Atleast five years of administrative experience, ideally supportingat the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above - Fluent inEnglish (both spoken and written), French will be an asset - Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office - Advanced ability to organize -Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and provenexperience interacting with senior management - Stronginterpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Excellenttelephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e.calendar management - College degree is a plus J.P.
