Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy - Supervise operations and members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance - Following up and managing the PRO activities and schedules - Providing administrative and electronic support to the PRO for the concerns relating to the local government authorities - Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for employees and management - Support book keeping and budgeting procedures for the company - Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data - Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures - Apply, renew and track the employee documents including the Passport, QID, Visas, Change of Sponsorships, Health cards and updating the documents as and when required. - Drafting Correspondence, preparing payment requests and track for the execution cycle by following up with the sister departments and obtain the required approvals. - Updating, renewing and dispatching the employees’ personal and official documents in confidence. - Supporting and coordinating for the handing over and clearance of the employees. - Submit reports and follow ups tacks.
