  • Certification in maintenance or reliability (e.g. CMRP) is a plus
  • Understanding of risk assessment and failure analysis methodologies
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring
  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
  • Capability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
