Descri o:

Respons vel por preparar a organiza o dos documentos e informa es essenciais e estrat gicos para o cliente, orientar o cliente e os auxiliar na recupera o de dados e informa es.

Principais responsabilidades:

Promover a dissemina o das diretrizes, pol ticas e cultura da empresa, bem como atuar como facilitador para o cumprimento da Seguran a da Informa o, confidencialidade e integridade das informa es nos processos respectivos;
Promover a melhoria continua e a efic cia do Sistema de Gest o da Qualidade nos processos executados;
Participar das reuni es de SGQ quando convocados e das atividades de conscientiza o/treinamento do SGQ;
Desenvolver suas atividades seguindo normas e procedimentos de SGQ;
Relatar os riscos, acidentes e incidentes originados em suas atividades / locais de trabalho.
Organizar documentos e informa es considerados essenciais e estrat gico, auxiliar na administra o do arquivo, controlando entrada e sa da de documentos e outros materiais;
Efetuar atendimento telef nico interno;
Conferir documentos, atuar na digitaliza o dos documentos e efetuar o arquivo dos mesmos;
Registrar e controlar sa das/retornos de documentos e arquivos;
Disponibilizar fonte de dados para usu rios;
Providenciar aquisi o de material e incorporar o material ao acervo;
Arquivar documentos classificando-os, segundo crit rios apropriados para armazen -los e conserv -los, recuperar e preservar as informa es por meio digital, magn tico ou papel para a disponibilidade dos documentos ao cliente, rg os reguladores e auditorias internas e externas;
Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e n vel de complexidade associadas ao ambiente organizacional;
Comunicar a Gest o imediata quaisquer desvios, incidente de seguran a relacionado a S.I., pontos de aten o identificados na execu o das atividades.

Os CVs permanecer o em poder da empresa enquanto perdurar o processo seletivo e pelo per odo adicional de 2 anos, para eventuais processos seletivos futuros, em atendimento a Lei Geral de Prote o de Dados.

Requisitos
Escolaridade M nima:
- Ensino m dio completo.

Experi ncia M nima:
- Experi ncia na rea de arquivo t cnico.

Conhecimento M nimos:
- Pacote office, conhecimento em tarefas di rias de arquivo t cnico e administrativo no recebimento, tratamento e disponibiliza o da documenta o em diversos tipos de suporte como papel e eletr nico, conhecimentos b sico sobre rotinas administrativas relacionadas aos processos de execu o dos servi os de documenta o, gerenciamento eletr nico de documentos (GED/EDMS);
- Conhecimento das cole es que comp em a documenta o de engenharia.
