Job Summary:
The Customer Support and Technical Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent service delivery by providing technical assistance and support related to the services of home electronics equipment. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge of home electronics and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with service technicians to schedule repairs or routine maintenance and ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in detail to maintain service records.

Analyze recurring technical issues to contribute to product and service improvements.

Train customers on the proper use and care of their electronics equipment to maximize product longevity and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the electronics service industry.

Technical proficiency with various types of home electronics equipment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner.

Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
