Zo ziet de functie eruit:

Binnen onze Customer Service op de afdeling Consumer Care ben je als representative verantwoordelijk voor allerlei soorten vragen en klachten van onze klanten. Deze lopen via LiveChat, e-mail en social media met maatwerkoplossingen in lijn met onze Dorel Service Promise. Met jouw service- en klantgerichte instelling denk je actief mee in verbeteringen en stel je deze voor. Deze verbeteringen registreer je via interne systemen, zodat jij Dorel elke dag weer een beetje beter maakt voor onze klanten.

Als geen ander weet jij goed in te schatten of een vraag, klacht of opmerking van de klant beter online of offline behandeld kan worden. Hierover neem je zelf de beslissing. Alle vragen die jij beantwoordt, registreer je in de betreffende systemen (ERP en CRM) en je plant direct de vervolgactiviteiten. Met jouw uitstekende service zorg je ervoor dat onze consumenten worden verbaasd en hun verwachtingen worden overtroffen. En waarom jij nou onmisbaar bent? Omdat jíj zorgt voor een uitstekende service en het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van onze consumenten.

Een voorbeeld van hoe jouw dag in deze rol eruit kan zien? Bij aankomst op kantoor neemt een consument contact met je op via LiveChat, die hulp nodig heeft bij een defecte autostoel. Na een goede analyse van het probleem regel jij dat het autostoeltje wordt opgehaald en snel wordt afgeleverd bij ons repair center in Helmond. Je laat de consument weten dat hij/zij de gerepareerde autostoel binnen een week terug kan verwachten. Ondertussen krijg je een mail van een consument die in Zuid-Afrika woont en een vraag heeft over haar kinderwagen. De coating (stof) is niet goed meer. Dit valt onder de garantie en je neemt direct contact op met je collega van de afdeling Export om te kijken hoe jullie zo snel mogelijk een nieuwe coating richting de klant kunnen krijgen. Vervolgens zie je een doos bonbons op je bureau. Een bedankje van een consument die jij de vorige week uitstekend hebt geholpen. En als follow-up stuur jij een klein cadeautje.   • Maandelijks krijg je een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris van minimaal € 2.200, - en maximaal € 2.850, - (o.b.v. jouw kennis en ervaring).
  • Aangevuld met een 13e maand en een bonus, afhankelijk van het individueel en bedrijfsresultaat.
  • Je kunt genieten van 28 vakantiedagen en daarnaast 5 extra dagen bijkopen.
  • Een goed pensioen wordt voor je geregeld.


Wat neem je mee?
  • Een paar jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Heb je die niet, maar heb je een can-do-mentaliteit? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse en Duitse taal. Geen probleem als je de Nederlandse taal nog niet zo goed beheerst.
  • Met jouw commerciële vaardigheden en klant- en servicegerichtheid weet jij precies wat onze klanten nodig hebben.
  • En gevoelens en perspectieven van anderen begrijp jij als geen ander.
