We are hiring a Marketing Specialist- SEO for our client based in Bangalore.

Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Translate client objectives into effective, impactful organic search marketing strategies
  • Define measurable acquisition-based SEO/PPC strategies for HiveMinds clients,
  • Devise a roadmap for our clients on the digital front, impacting their business growth.
  • Establish domain expertise across channels and translate it into business growth for our clients.
  • Act as primary client contact, provide education for clients
  • Oversee, advise, and assist in the management of owned accounts by building client
    relationships and managing project delivery as needed to ensure client retention and/or expansion
  • Embody a "player-coach" leadership role, leading and executing against SEO/PPC
    strategies alongside a team of 1-3 members
  • Foster a welcoming and intellectually challenging team culture, working with a team
    members to hone basic, intermediate, and advanced digital marketing knowledge
  • Stay up to date on current digital marketing industry trends and technologies, and
    communicate these trends to clients and the Path Interactive team
  • Contribute to digital marketing thought leadership, innovation, and process improvement
    initiatives for the agency and its clients


RequirementsQualifications

  • Preferably from a Marketing Agency and have been and worked as an Individual contributor
  • 3-5 years or more of experience leading impactful SEO/PPC programs, preferably in an agency setting
  • Bachelors or advanced degree
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of marketing practices, and ability to translate SEO/PPC for marketers of all experience levels
  • Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive attitudes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to speak and write persuasively in marketing and interpersonal contexts
  • a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
  • Impeccable project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of standard and enterprise SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, AdWords Keyword Planner, GTM, and Google Webmaster Tools
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS as they impact search accessibility
  • Ability to think strategically and drive growth for both our clients and the company
